Jurgen Klopp may well be the best manager Liverpool have ever had – at least, if some statistic is to go by.
The German coach is considered to be one of the most talented managers in the Premier League, if not Europe, and a statistic might have proved that he stands tall as Liverpool’s greatest ever.
According to the statistic, released on Twitter, no Liverpool manager has won as many points after 145 league games at the club as Klopp has.

Klopp has 299 points to his name, while Kenny Dalglish (in his first term) sits second with 287. Rafa Benitez is in third place with 267, and the Spaniard is followed by Bob Paisley, Gerard Houllier, Roy Evans and Bill Shankly.

The stat also takes into account the fact that older managers only claimed two points for a win in the past, converting their respective wins to three points a victory for the purposes of the graphic.
