Ryan Kent is reportedly attempting to push through a move to Rangers, as he grows frustrated at Liverpool.
According to the Daily Record, the winger is desperate to return to Ibrox, where he thrived last season, winning PFA Scotland’s Young Player of the Year award.
Kent is believed to be “ready to down tools” at Anfield, with Jurgen Klopp blocking the move.
A loan move is being mooted instead of a permanent one, with time running out in the Scottish transfer window, which closes on September 2nd.
These supporters have been reacting to the news on Twitter, many of which are Rangers fans.
Just let the lad go and play…

I know I’m annoyed about the saga, but it’s clear Liverpool are ruining Ryan Kent’s career. This is surely sheer neglect.

Read Liverpool Verdict
Liverpool’s decision to be stubborn with Kent does seem a little odd, considering he doesn’t look close to playing first team football.
The 22-year-old shone at Rangers in 2018/19 and allowing him to return to the Scottish giants makes sense.
It may be that Klopp has bigger plans for Kent this season, however, as he rotates the front-three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.
A loan move to Ibrox shouldn’t be ruled out, though, with time still left for Klopp to change his mind.
