James Milner has brilliantly made light of Sadio Mane’s tantrum at Burnley on Saturday.
Liverpool’s No.10 was fuming after being substituted at Turf Moor, due to Mohamed Salah not passing to him seconds earlier.
The pair made up swiftly after the game ended, but Salah did earn some criticism for his greediness.
An image of Mane sat alongside Milner on the bench has allowed the Reds veteran to give his views on social media.
Responding hilariously to what was a tense situation, the 33-year-old posted the following on Instagram, with Goal’s Neil Jones sharing it via Twitter:

Read Liverpool Verdict
Milner has played a blinder here, not just in terms of his underrated sense of humour, but also defusing a situation that has threatened to get out of control.
Although Salah deserved to be criticised for a few selfish moments, he and Mane were clearly fine once the dust had settled.
Mane responding to Milner’s post is further proof that the issue has blown over – everyone can now move on and stop making a mountain out of a molehill.
What a signing Milner has been both on and off the pitch – his ‘boring’ tag is now very much a thing of the past.
