Alisson has made the shortlist for The Best FIFA Men’s Goalkeeper of the Year award.
The Brazilian is currently out injured, but his impact in a Liverpool shirt over the last 12 months has been extraordinary.
Signed from Roma last summer, the 26-year-old won the Champions League in his first season, outlining his status are arguably the world’s best goalkeeper.
Alisson’s brilliance has been rewarded with a nomination for another FIFA award, having already won Champions League Goalkeeper of the Season last week.
Liverpool supporters are delighted to see the popular ‘keeper nominated, taking to Twitter to congratulate him.

Alisson is clearly the front-runner for the award – Ederson and Marc-Andre ter Stegen have also been nominated – with Liverpool’s Champions League triumph helping in that respect.
Brazil’s No.1 is a huge loss for the Reds currently, even though their table-topping Premier League form suggests otherwise.
He helped transformed Liverpool defence last season and without him it hasn’t looked quite as secure in recent weeks.
Another award win would further highlight how fantastic Alisson has been – at 26, he has many years ahead of him.
