These Liverpool fans react to Duncan’s latest social media post

Bobby Duncan has again taken to Twitter to potentially antagonise Liverpool fans, following his move to Fiorentina.

The 18-year-old pushed for a permanent transfer to the Italian side, eventually getting his wish at the start of the week.

Duncan’s social media antics haven’t been particularly well-advised in recent times, with his agent Saif Rubie blamed by some for misleading his client.

In his latest post, the young striker thanked pundits Andy Townsend and Tim Sherwood for their view on his situation, seemingly agreeing with everything they say.

These Liverpool supporters have taken to Twitter to react to Duncan’s comments, with many left unimpressed.

Duncan deciding he wanted a fresh challenge is far from the biggest issue here – in many ways, he deserves credit for backing himself to star in a first team abroad at the age of just 18.

It’s the manner in which he has gone about his business that has rubbed supporters up the wrong way, though.

He is acting like an older professional who merits starting every week, when in fact he is a teenager with the best attacking unit in world football in front of him.

Duncan would now be best advised to focus on his football at Fiorentina and move on from what has been a sour end to life at Liverpool.
