Liverpool’s FIFA 20 ratings have been released in full, with the Liverpool Echo listing them.
As always, the new game is certain to split opinion, with supporters’ opinions always differing on players.
Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah are the Reds’ two highest-rated individuals, with the pair both earning a rating of 90.
Alisson (89), Sadio Mane (88) and Roberto Firmino (86) aren’t too far behind, however, while Fabinho and Andy Robertson also earn impressive 85 ratings.
Unsurprisingly, Liverpool supporters have taken to Twitter to air their views, showing a mix of bemusement and happiness.
I dont get how firmino didnt get an upgrade.. he should be at least 88 for me.

This is a disgrace from FIFA 20. Firmino deserves at least an 88 rated card. Bobby is the system for Liverpool and he still is one of the most underrated players in the world. He’s arguably the most complete number 9 in the prem atm. What rating do you think Bobby should be? pic.twitter.com/NO7ZjFv60U

These ratings are always sure to cause some sort of controversy, especially given fans’ preference for disagreeing with one another on a daily basis.
In truth, most of the ratings look fair, although Roberto Firmino certainly deserves to be higher, summing up why he continues to be underrated.
Few attacking players in the world are more important to the way their team plays than Liverpool’s brilliant Brazilian.
Then there’s Divock Origi, who frankly should be the highest-rated player in FIFA’s history after his end-of-season heroics in 2018/19!
