Alisson is currently out injured, but during the past 12 months, he has highlighted why many regard him as the best goalkeeper in the world.
He helped turn Liverpool into European champions, making numerous vital saves in the Champions League run, as well helping the Reds rack up 97 points in the Premier League.
He is on another level to Arsenal stopper Bernd Leno, although one Gunners fan account on Twitter thinks otherwise.
Speaking over the weekend, @afcnine said: “If Leno played for Liverpool people would call him the best goalkeeper in the world.”
Needless to say, these Liverpool supporters took the post apart, mocking the opinion.

No because we have Alisson who is way better than him

Why did we used to call Karius or Mignolet the best keepers in the world???

Our 3rd goalie keheller would be ahead of him.

Read Liverpool Verdict
Leno has been a perfectly good signing for Arsenal, but he is still not close to Alisson’s level.
Part of the Brazilian’s brilliance is that he makes everything look so easy, with his positional sense and quick feet rarely forcing him into making big saves.
His subtle excellence will go unnoticed with some rival supporters, who look at individuals such as Leno diving around and assume they are proving as influential.
That simply isn’t the case and Liverpool would not be where they are without Alisson.
