Former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can is reportedly keen on a move to Manchester United, and the news quickly filtered through to a section of Reds fans.
The 25-year-old, who left Anfield for Juventus last year, has fallen out of favour under new boss Maurizio Sarri, making just three Serie A appearances this season.

Italian outlet Tuttosport, cited by the Daily Mail, claim that the German’s agent has been in contact with numerous sides over a potential new year transfer, with the player himself favouring a move to Old Trafford.
@LFCTransferRoom shared the news on social media, which led to a number of Liverpool fans giving their opinion on a potential deal.

Can, who spent four years on Merseyside, failed to establish himself in Jurgen Klopp’s side, and his departure hasn’t proved a costly one.
If anything, the Reds have improved in the middle of the park over the past 12 months, so fans shouldn’t be too worried if he does complete a move to Old Trafford.
Of course, Can has the ability to succeed in Manchester, however, after failing to consistently perform at Juventus over the past 12 months, we don’t think he’d set the Premier League alight.
