Liverpool fans will certainly be hoping to see Williams named in the starting line-up on Sunday.
There’s no indication that this could happen as things stand, but the prospect of Mohamed Salah coming up against an inexperienced left-back will have Liverpool fans excited.
You’d have to think that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will think twice about throwing the young defender into the starting line up on Sunday, but given his impressive Europa League showings this season, you can’t rule out.
