Flamengo are reportedly keen on signing Allan Rodrigues de Souza on a permanent deal.
The 22-year-old is still a Liverpool player, even though it’s sometimes easy to forget that.
He has yet to make a first-team appearance because of UK work permit issues and is currently on loan at Fluminense in Brazil.
According to Revista Colorada, city rivals Flamengo are eyeing up the possibility of snapping up Allan in the near future.

Chances are, Allan will never represent Liverpool, despite his obvious talent.
His aforementioned work permit problems have already proved frustrating and there is a feeling that the Reds have moved on without him and a permanent return to his homeland would benefit him.
Allan’s performances for Fluminense have been promising and he would likely thrive even more once he is settled at a permanent club.
It just never happened for the midfielder at Liverpool, not that he is to blame for that.
