Liverpool comprehensively outplayed Tottenham on Sunday afternoon, with the eventual 2-1 scoreline actually flattering Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Harry Kane may have headed Spurs in front in the first minute, but from that point on, the Reds were completely dominant.
Chance after chance was created, until Jordan Henderson’s strike and Mohamed Salah’s penalty turned the game on its head in the second half.
After the game, in an interview with Sky Sports, Kane claimed that Liverpool “are getting those little breaks at the moment.”
These Reds supporters quickly tore into the Spurs striker, particularly given the fortuitous nature of his goal and some playacting from him.

Whatever helps you sleep at night harry. Liverpool's full backs terrorised spurs. Could have been embarrassing apart from a top class GK display

Read Liverpool Verdict
There’s a real bitterness to Kane’s remarks, with Liverpool more than deserving of their victory.
Son Heung-min hitting the crossbar was Spurs’ only moment of misfortune in the game – even then, the South Korean should simply have scored.
To talk about luck in such a one-sided contest is bordering on bizarre and on another day Liverpool could have thumped their opponents.
