Liverpool have been dealt a potential blow with the news that Man United are “prepared to meet Borussia Dortmund’s demands” for Jadon Sancho.
That’s according to the Mirror, who claim that United will not be concerned by spending big on the €150 million-rated 19-year-old.
Sancho joined Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City in the summer of 2017, where he has since scored 18 goals in 66 appearances.
Liverpool have been tipped to make a big-money move for the winger next summer, while a return to City also hasn’t been ruled out.
United’s interest is described as “heavy”, as they look to make a significant signing.

Sancho is undoubtedly a special talent, spearheading the latest generation of England stars.
It remains to be seen whether or not Liverpool’s reported interest in him is genuine, but he has the potential to be a future world superstar.
As it stands, you would only really expect Sancho to head to Anfield as a replacement for Mohamed Salah or Sadio Mane.
Jurgen Klopp has made it clear that he likes working with a relatively small group of players, so he is unlikely to have someone of Sancho’s ability brought in as a backup to his current attackers.
