Liverpool are one of three clubs interested in signing Ferran Torres, according to Sport Bild, via the Metro.
The 19-year-old has impressed for Valencia so far this season, having broken into the first team back in 2017.
The report claims that the Reds are in a three-way fight to secure his signature, along with Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund.
Valencia could be willing to sell the winger for around €20 million next summer – a January move isn’t completely ruled out – with his contract running out at the end of the 2020/21 season.
If the La Liga outfit didn’t get rid of Torres once the current campaign comes to an end, they would risk losing him on a free transfer 12 months later.

Torres is a hugely exciting prospect, already becoming a key part of Spain’s Under-21 setup.
A call-up to the senior side may not be not far away, particularly if he continues his eye-catching current form.
Staying in his homeland and joining Barca may appeal more to Torres, but Liverpool are arguably a more exciting proposition that any team in Europe at the moment.
