Liverpool won 5-4 on penalties against Arsenal on Wednesday, following a truly ridiculous 5-5 draw in the Carabao Cup fourth round.
It was an unforgettable night at Anfield, as a number of youngsters took their opportunity in style.
Caoimhin Kelleher made a crucial penalty save to deny Dani Ceballos, debutant Neco Williams impressed at right-back and 16-year-old Harvey Elliott’s confidence belied his tender years.
Curtis Jones was the hero in the end, firing home the winning spot-kick in the shootout.
Brilliant footage has emerged of Roberto Firmino watching the game from the stands and putting on a Scouse accent, as he films Jones’ match-winning moment.
These Liverpool supporters loved the Brazilian’s antics on Twitter.
Firmino encouraging Curtis Jones from the stands by shouting “Go Curtis, lad." And it's adorable. #LFC #LIVARS

Read Liverpool Verdict
This perfectly sums up the team spirit that exists at Liverpool these days.
Firmino is one of the biggest names at Anfield and he could easily have spent the night away from the game, having not been selected.
He was there to cheer on his teammates, though, and his attempted accent sums up his eccentric, likeable personality.
