Jurgen Klopp has done a magnificent job as Liverpool manager, turning the Reds into European champions after inheriting an average team back in 2015.
The 52-year-old couldn’t be more perfect for the job, embracing everything to do with the club and the city.
Perhaps Klopp’s greatest achievement is creating a bond between the players and the supporters – something that had seemingly disappeared towards the end of Brendan Rodgers’ reign.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Former England manager Fabio Capello hailed the Liverpool boss for creating “something magic” at Anfield, also comparing Klopp’s style to Pep Guardiola’s:
Klopp has made something magic for me. The atmosphere of Anfield is fantastic, the team is like the fans.
The connection is fantastic between the team, Klopp and fans, it’s a unique thing.
Guardiola is different. I think he plays the team like a theatre. The fans a theatre.

Capello is absolutely right in what he says, with Klopp completely transforming the Reds, both on and off the pitch.
There is a feeling that the entire club is pulling in the same direction, playing a huge part in their Champions League triumph and current six-point lead at the top of the Premier League.
Anfield needs to be at its atmospheric best on Sunday afternoon, as Liverpool host Manchester City in the biggest game of the season so far.
