A number of Manchester City fans appear to be incredibly angry with the decision to not award a penalty for handball on Trent Alexander-Arnold prior to Liverpool’s first goal at Anfield.
The incident is set to be a huge talking point following the match, after VAR decided to stick with the on-field decision of no penalty after the ball struck Alexander-Arnold on the arm in the area.
Following the decision, these City fans have vented their frustrations on social media with many believing it was a clear penalty.
