Liverpool’s No.1 may not have kept a clean-sheet since his return from injury, but his presence has been huge.
Adrian did an admirable job in his absence, but he doesn’t possess the aura and consistency of his teammate.
Alisson is so good that he makes everything look ridiculously easy, which can actually work against him.
His positional sense, speed of thought and shot-stopping ability mean that he makes good saves look average.
Let’s hope we hear Alisson being serenaded with his new song at Crystal Palace on November 23rd, in the Reds’ next outing.
