West Brom are keen to tie down youngster Rico Richards to a new deal, according to the Express and Star.
The 16-year-old has been linked with a move to Liverpool, as well as fellow Premier League heavyweights Manchester City, Tottenham and Arsenal.
Despite his tender years, Richards is already training with West Brom’s Under-23s, highlighting his potential.
Despite the interest in one of their brightest young talents, the Baggies are keen to keep hold of him.
Morgan Rogers and Louis Barry, two similarly exciting teenagers, have departed and they don’t want Richards to go the same way.

The young forward is clearly a special talent, considering the clubs interested in signing him.
Liverpool would be a perfect place for Richards to mature as a player, thriving alongside the likes of Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott at the Reds’ academy.
West Brom are digging their heels in, though, while the Reds look likely to face competition for the player’s signature.
