Chelsea will look at a potential deal to sign Russian forward Fedor Chalov, if their transfer ban is lifted.
The Blues are looking to appeal their ban, which is currently restricting them from signing players until next summer.

If it is appealed, Sky Sports are reporting that Chalov will be one of the player’s the Blues will be looking at, with owner Roman Abramovich reportedly a bit fan of the striker.
Chalov has five goals in sixteen games this season, and has also been a reported target for Liverpool.
CSKA Moscow are reportedly preparing to sell the striker, with the Russian side looking for his replacement.

Liverpool are reportedly looking for another striker, with German forward Timo Werner also linked with a move to the Reds.
Werner could be a big deal for the Reds though, so Chalov could present a potentially cheaper option, with CSKA rejecting a bid of £23 million over the summer.
