Liverpool are ready to listen to permanent offers for Allan Rodrigues de Souza, according to UOL, via Sport Witness.
The midfielder is currently on loan at Fluminense, having failed to obtain a UK work permit.
There is seemingly no future for him at Liverpool for that reason, so a move elsewhere is on the cards.
Allan has already been loaned out to various other clubs, including Eintracht Frankfurt, Apollon Limassol and Hertha Berlin.
Fluminense are believed to be keen to keep hold of Allan on loan, but that would mean him having to extend his current Reds deal, which expires next summer.
Sao Paulo have also entered the race, suggesting the 22-year-old’s days at Anfield are slowly coming to an end.

Allan’s work permit issues have essentially put paid to his Liverpool career, which must have been hugely frustrating for the Brazilian.
The Reds have moved on without him under Jurgen Klopp and it is hard to envisage him ever playing for the club.
