Rhian Brewster, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott, Neco Williams and Caoimhin Kelleher were all named by Klopp in his interview after extending his Liverpool contract.

As quoted on the official club website, he said:

In the moment we have four fantastic players really close to the first team: Rhian Brewster, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott and Neco Williams, plus we have Caoimhin [Kelleher] as a goalkeeper.

That’s five boys who I would have no problem to line up tomorrow if needed.

Curtis now had his first [Premier League] minutes and of course, they have time as well to develop, but that’s four or five and we want to increase that number in the future.

Brewster looks likely to leave on loan in the January transfer window with multiple Championship clubs interested in securing his services.

The most impressive this season has probably been Jones, who seems to have a maturity well beyond his years.

Elliott is also very highly-rated whilst Williams has been solid when used. Kelleher conceded five against Arsenal but is developing well. Great signs for the future and there’s plenty to be excited about!
