He is Liverpool’s star man, and for all the quality around him, he holds the key to the Reds’ Premier League title charge.
Austin played alongside Van Dijk during their Southampton days and he witnessed firsthand how special he is.
Speaking to Sky Sports EFL Podcast, the West Brom striker picked him out as his greatest teammate during his long career:
