Harvey Elliott is fit for Liverpool’s Club World Cup final clash with Flamengo, the club have confirmed.
The Reds booked their place in Saturday’s showcase event with a 2-1 win over Monterrey on Wednesday, thanks to Roberto Firmino’s stoppage time winner.
Elliott was initially ruled out of the Flamengo game, having picked up a knock in Tuesday’s 5-0 defeat at Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup.
He has overcome the issue, however, and will fly to Qatar to join up with his teammates.
Elliott was Liverpool’s standout player against Villa, as his stock continues to rise.

The 16-year-old may not feature this weekend, but it is still important to be a part of the squad.
To be present when Liverpool potentially become world champions would be a big deal for Elliott, further helping instill a winning mentality in him.
A substitutes’ appearance can’t be completely ruled out, but it would be a huge surprise if he started proceedings.
