Liverpool moved further clear at the top of the Premier League table as they beat Leicester 4-0 on Boxing Day.
Trent Alexander-Arnold stole the show as he set up two of the first three goals with excellent crosses, before sealing the win with a slick low finish into the bottom corner.
After scoring, he ran to the corner flag and performed Kylian Mbappe’s trademark celebration in front of the Liverpool away fans.

Realistically, Trent’s celebration is nothing more than him teasing the fans and having some fun with it after scoring a good goal. It was a special moment for the young defender in front of the away fans after a top-class performance, and there is nothing to suggest that there is anything more in it.
Liverpool have been linked with Mbappe, although there has been nothing concrete that would indicate he is anywhere close to signing a deal with the Reds.
