Liverpool won yet again on Sunday afternoon, seeing off Wolves at Anfield thanks to a Sadio Mane goal.
It leaves the Reds 13 points clear of Leicester City with a game in hand, and 14 ahead of Manchester City.
VAR was once again a talking point at Anfield, as Mane’s goal was awarded after initially being disallowed, before a Pedro Neto effort was ruled out for the visitors.
Former City player Trevor Sinclair has produced some strange Liverpool-related tweets of late and he was on top form again on Sunday.
The ex-England midfielder took to the social media platform the post the following:
VAR is actually ruining Liverpool’s players and fans season when they should be being applauded for their incredible performances this season #VAROUT
— Trevor Sinclair (@trevor8sinclair) December 29, 2019
Unsurprisingly, these Liverpool supporters were quick to mock the tweet, accusing Sinclair of talking nonsense.

Definitely not ruining my season.
Ruining rival fans season though…and I can’t do anything about that, nor do I actually want to.— Chris 😎🚴🏾♂️🏌🏾♀️🖤🤍 (@SoulstarWhitey) December 29, 2019

It’s not ruining my season, I love it, you’re just sick that Liverpool are unbelievable

If VAR was in use last season we would have won the league. Fact

Personally I'm absolutely loving it.

Read Liverpool Verdict
Sinclair is a City fan, so it makes sense that he is behaving as strangely as many of their supporters.
It is the behaviour of someone who simply can’t accept that Liverpool have outperformed everyone in the Premier League this season.
Talk of a VAR ‘conspiracy’ is hilarious – just accept that the Reds deserve to be where they are and move on.
