Harry Kane is a serious injury doubt for Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Tottenham later this month.
The Reds travel to north London on January 11th, in what represents one of their tougher remaining fixtures this season.
Spurs could have to make do without Kane, however, after he limped out of their 1-0 defeat at Southampton on New Year’s Day.
Kane clutched his hamstring immediately after having a goal ruled out for offside, being substituted straight away.
Given the type of injury, it seem unlikely that the England captain will be fit in time for the game, which arrives in just 10 days.

Tottenham losing Kane would be an undoubted boost for Liverpool, considering the goal threat he poses.
The 26-year-old scored at Anfield earlier this season and he is seen as one of Europe’s most devastating finishers.
More is likely to emerge about Kane’s injury, but it looks as though Jose Mourinho will have to plan for life without him for the Liverpool match.
