Jurgen Klopp has failed to rule out the possibility of Liverpool signing more players in January.
The Reds have already signed Yakumi Minamino, with the attacking midfielder arriving from Salzburg.
Klopp is never one to spend money for the sake of it and many expect Minamino to be the only signing this month.
Speaking in his pre-Sheffield United press conference on Wednesday, however, the Liverpool manager didn’t completely rule more new arrivals, admittedly saying it is unlikely:
It’s always tricky. We probably will not be too busy. We will see what happens, but no, it’s not likely.

It would be a surprise if the Reds continued their spending in January, although there is a risk of a lack of options at the back.
Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren are both injured, leaving Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez as the only fit senior centre-backs.
Meanwhile, Andy Robertson is the only natural left-back in the squad, so Klopp could address that issue.
It seems more likely that Minamino will not be added to, though.
