Allan Rodrigues de Souza will complete a £3.2 million move from Liverpool to Atletico Mineiro, according to Goal’s Neil Jones.
The 22-year-old joined the Reds from Internacional back in 2015, being seen as someone who could add competition in the academy, according to the Guardian.
Allan suffered UK work permit issues, however, and ended up failing to make a single first-team appearance.
Instead, the midfielder has had loan spells at the likes of Hertha Berlin, Eintracht Frankfurt and Fluminense.
Allan will now finally complete a permanent move, remaining in his homeland with Mineiro.

I don’t believe Allan was ever given a fair crack of the whip at Liverpool, with his aforementioned work permit problems playing a big part in his struggles.
A return to Brazil makes perfect sense, however, allowing him to settle at long last.
His gritty style of play in defensive midfield could have been effective in the Premier League, with a good use of the ball – he had a 90.4 percent pass completion rate for Fluminense, according to WhoScored – complemented by strong tackling ability.
It is a real shame we never got to see him in red, following in the footsteps of other Brazilians who have represented the club.
