READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT
Manchester United have named a team with five defenders, suggesting that they could be looking to sit deep and play on the counter. This means that Liverpool need to have more creativity in their midfield, which makes selecting Oxlade-Chamberlain ahead of – for example – James Milner a good decision from Klopp. Oxlade-Chamberlain is silky on the ball and able to open up defences whilst also offering a goal threat himself, so his presence in the team could give Liverpool a bigger chance of breaking United’s defence down.
The rest of the team is as you would expect, unchanged, due to Liverpool’s incredible run of form in the Premier League.
