It’s fair to say Andy Robertson has had a slight dip of late, particularly by his own extremely high standards.
The Scot was given a tough examination by Adama Traore on Thursday, as Liverpool won 2-1 away to Wolves.
Robertson was partly at fault for Raul Jimenez’s equaliser and he was generally off the boil throughout, as was the case against Manchester United last weekend.
It happens, though, with every player in the history of football experiencing spells of poor spell.
There is no denying that the 25-year-old has been an outstanding signing for Liverpool.
Many regard him as one of the best left-backs in the world, if not the best, and he has been a key man under Jurgen Klopp.
One Liverpool supporter bizarrely took the time to put a negative slant on Robertson, at a time when everything the Reds are doing should be celebrated:
We need to start a discussion. Most overrated player in our squad and probably our worst starter. pic.twitter.com/PeYeVGnmCU

These fans quickly put the individual in his place, not appreciating Robertson receiving such uncalled for criticism.
Oh my gosh, why so ungrateful
