Virgil van Dijk and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have been spotted having a kick-about together during their respective holidays in Dubai.
Liverpool’s senior players are enjoying a winter break currently, basking in the glory of being 22 points clear at the top of the Premier League.
They won’t be in action again until February 15th, when Jurgen Klopp’s side make the trip to struggling Norwich City.
The hope is that this break recharges the batteries, ahead of what is hopefully a legendary end to the season, with Liverpool still fighting in three separate competitions, due in part to the youngsters’ heroics against Shrewsbury Town on Tuesday night.
While the players may be enjoying some downtime, that doesn’t appear to be stopping them from playing football, with a new video emerging on social media that shows Van Dijk and Oxlade-Chamberlain competing in a passing drill in the sunshine.
Gini Wijnaldum also appears to be present, with the Dutchman seen very briefly at the end of the video.
