Liverpool fans are left baffled by Manager of the Year poll

Jurgen Klopp’s stock couldn’t be higher currently, after masterminding an incredible season at Liverpool.

The Reds have only dropped two points in one Premier League match in 2019/20 – away to Manchester United in October.

This remarkable form has seen Liverpool build a 22-point advantage over Manchester City with 13 games remaining this season.

Klopp is on the cusp of becoming a true Reds icon if he gets over the finish line, guiding the club to a first league title since 1990.

The 52-year-old has already won five Premier League Manager of the Month awards this season – an all-time record – highlighting his brilliance in the job.

Bizarrely, however, a poll run by Sky Sports only has Klopp narrowly ahead of Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder, who has admittedly done superbly with the Blades:

Who should win the Premier League Manager of the Season award for 2019/20?

These Liverpool supporters have spoken of their bewilderment, saying Klopp should win by a landslide after achieving amazing consistency throughout the campaign.

Wilder deserves the plaudits, but how is Klopp not absolutely storming this? 🍋 https://t.co/nzqKaVMshf

Klopp is the only correct answer.
