Chelsea are set to sign Hakim Ziyech from Ajax this summer, according to De Telegraaf.
The 26-year-old became a household name last season, starring for the Dutch giants as they reached the Champions League semi-finals.
Liverpool were linked with a move for the Ajax star, as were Arsenal and Manchester United, but Chelsea are expected to be his next club,
It is stated that the west Londoners have a ‘verbal agreement’ in place with Ziyech, who is expected to move to Stamford Bridge for around €45 million.

Ziyech is a talented player and he could have been a shrewd addition at Liverpool, considering he has 10 goals and 16 assists to his name this season.
The Moroccan could have provided squad depth and kept Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane on their toes, although like them, he would have had to depart for Africa Cup of Nations duty next January.
Such is Liverpool’s level now, I believe Ziyech would have come in as a squad option, whereas he is likely to be key man for Chelsea.
Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Willian, Pedro and Tammy Abraham are good players, but they’re not Salah, Mane and Roberto Firmino, when you look at their current standing in the world game, so Ziyech will likely get more chances to shine at Chelsea.
There are plenty of other options in that respect, though, and I do think the Reds need to add another wide player this summer.
Quincy Promes was linked with Liverpool and Chelsea by Sport.ru on Wednesday, via Sport Witness – he could be a good option, with Ziyech now seemingly on his way to the Blues.
