Caoimhin Kelleher could miss the rest of the season with knee ligament damage, according to Football Insider.
The 21-year-old has played four times for Liverpool this season, proving to be the hero in the penalty shootout against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup.
Kelleher has suffered a serious knee injury, however, giving the Reds something of a goalkeeping dilemma.
Alisson is out for an indefinite period with a hip injury, making Adrian and veteran Andy Lonergan the only available ‘keepers for Jurgen Klopp.

This is a major blow for both Liverpool and Kelleher, especially given the timing of Alisson’s injury.
With Adrian not looking hugely convincing against both Chelsea and Bournemouth, the young Irishman may even have eyed up a start in the coming weeks, despite his lack of experience.
The hope is that this injury setback is only a minor speed bump in Kelleher’s Liverpool career, having impressed so much in the academy in recent years.
To have been on the substitutes’ bench against Atletico Madrid could have been invaluable experience, but instead, Lonergan looks set to be waiting in the wings in case Adrian gets injured.
With the Spaniard linked with a move to Real Betis this summer, Kelleher may think he has a chance to step up as Alisson’s back-up next season.
