The outbreak of illness continues to wreak havoc with the sporting schedule, with events being cancelled left, right and centre.
While it is frustrating to have to wait to win the league, positivity is still in the air about that moment eventually happening.
Liverpool’s next game will now be against champions City at the Etihad on April 5th, as the country’s top two sides lock horns.
Jurgen Klopp and his players know that a win will clinch glory, taking them 28 points ahead of their rivals – an amount that would be mathematically impossible to catch.
