Diego Carlos is still on Liverpool’s radar, according to ABC Sevilla, as translated by Sport Witness.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are also reported to be interested in the Sevilla centre-back.
Carlos is valued at €50 million, although Sevilla are thought to be reluctant to sell him.

At €50 million, Carlos may expect to join Liverpool as a regular starter and that could spell potential trouble for Joe Gomez. The 22-year-old has become Virgil van Dijk’s undisputed first-choice centre-back partner, but injuries have curtailed his progress, limiting him to just 14 Premier League starts this season.
Should his fitness issues remain, it could be that someone of Carlos’ ilk comes in and takes his place, with Joel Matip’s place in the team also under threat.
I think it would be a shame if that happened, however, with Gomez a defender of huge potential – someone who has the ability to be a mainstay of Liverpool and England’s defence for years.
