Tottenham are looking to hijack Liverpool’s move to sign Lille striker Victor Osimhen, according to The Express (via Sports Mole).
Napoli and Manchester United have been linked with a move for the forward in recent weeks and now Spurs have apparently joined the chase for him.

Like Liverpool, Tottenham are apparently not going to have a lot of cash to spend this summer so these reports don’t really add up.
Whether The Reds and Spurs are in the market for a forward remains to be seen but it seems highly unlikely that Osimhen will be an option for either given that Lille are asking for a big fee for him.
Napoli’s interest seems to be the most firm and, in our opinion, these links to Liverpool and Tottenham seem to be created to drum up more interest in the player and to get Napoli to up their bid for the star striker.
