Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo looks set to join Cardiff City on loan, according to the Liverpool Echo.
The Welsh capital side look to have beaten off competition for Ojo’s signature from fellow Championship sides Nottingham Forest and Reading.
The 23-year-old hasn’t played for Liverpool since January 2017, having spent the last two seasons on loan at Reims in France and with Steven Gerrard at Rangers.
The report claims both the club and the player see the Bluebirds as the best option for his development.

Ojo arrived at Anfield from the MK Dons in 2011 and has since made 13 appearances for the Reds after coming through the academy.
However, now 23, it seems unlikely he has much of a future with Jurgen Klopp’s first-team, although it seems he is still destined to remain with the club albeit in name rather than in person.
The winger was once heralded as one of the brightest prospects in the Liverpool academy, making his England Under-21 debut in 2017 but it’s starting to feel like his Liverpool career isn’t really destined to ever take off.
