Some Liverpool supporters are absolutely delighted after Thiago took part in training on Thursday.
The 29-year-old was an incredibly exciting summer signing from Bayern Munich, with few more high-profile players arriving in the club’s recent history.
Unfortunately, Thiago has suffered a frustrating start to life at Anfield, making just two appearances, against Chelsea and Everton.
In that time, the Spaniard has shown his world-class ability, but it has been such a shame to see him sidelined with the injury he sustained at Goodison Park.
Thiago was in the stands to watch Liverpool beat Tottenham 2-1 on Wednesday evening, and on Thursday, the club’s official Twitter account posted a photo of him in training.

That suggests the midfielder’s return may be imminent, acting as a major boost to anyone of a Reds persuasion.
