Southampton will be without Alex McCarthy for their Premier League clash with Liverpool on Monday night, according to Radio Solent‘s Adam Blackmore on Twitter.
The goalkeeper has tested positive for the virus currently affecting the world, meaning he has to self-isolate.
That means Fraser Forster is set to come in for his teammate, having not appeared since May 2019.

The news is an undoubted blow for Saints, who will be eyeing up a shock result at St Mary’s.
Liverpool have suffered disappointing recent draws with West Brom and Newcastle United, so the pressure is on the champions, especially with their rivals winning over the weekend.
McCarthy’s absence acts as a boost, however, with the 31-year-old a strong performer this season, starting all 16 of his side’s league games up until now.
Liverpool must try and use Forster’s potential rustiness to their advantage, as they look to pull three points clear at the top of the table.
