The Reds have had to make do with Matip and Henderson recently, with the former rested for the FA Cup defeat to Manchester United and the latter not featuring since the 0-0 home draw with the Red Devils in the league.
Speaking in his press conference on Wednesday, however, Klopp confirmed that the key Reds duo are in contention to start against Spurs.
