Jack Grealish took to Instagram to hail Trent Alexander-Arnold on Thursday night, as the Liverpool star produced an influential performance at Tottenham.
The Reds got back to winning ways in the Premier League, sealing a much-needed 3-1 victory in north London, getting to within four points of leaders Manchester City.
Alexander-Arnold hasn’t always been at his best this season, but he was outstanding against Spurs, scoring his side’s second goal and creating the third for Sadio Mane.
Grealish, who has been one of the best players in the league in 2020/21, posted on Instagram during the game, simply saying, ‘Man like Trentyy’.

It was so refreshing to see Alexander-Arnold back to his best on Thursday, having struggled for form so much of late.
The 22-year-old’s creativity and energy returned in abundance from right-back and it gave Liverpool a spark in the final third.
It was always going to be nothing more than a blip for Alexander-Arnold and hopefully this marks the start of his resurgence.
A goal and an assist certainly bodes well and he was also better defensively, with four duels out of five won, as well as making two interceptions and eight recoveries.
