Liverpool fans are now well versed in responding to disappointing injury updates and, on Wednesday night, a flustered Jurgen Klopp gave Kopites another moan with his troubling prognosis regarding Diogo Jota‘s return.
There had been optimism that the Portuguese winger may be back in action sooner rather than later from the knee injury he picked up against Midtjylland, which has ruled him out for two months and counting.
However, despite being back in training this week, Klopp confirmed [via Paul Gorst on Twitter] that the 24-year-old is still a number of weeks away from first team action.

Signed from Wolves in the summer for £41m (BBC), Jota made an instant impression in his short time on Merseyside by making a greater impact than anyone could have predicted, leaving the Reds severely missing his direct running and nine goals from just 17 appearances.
