Naby Keita and Diogo Jota are both ‘close’ to returning to full Liverpool training, according to The Athletic‘s James Pearce.
The Reds suffered a damaging afternoon at the office on Sunday, losing 4-1 at home to Manchester City.
Jurgen Klopp had to play Fabinho and Jordan Henderson at centre-back, once again highlighting their injury issues this season.
Keita and Jota were two of those who were absent at Anfield, but Pearce claims that their return to the fold is not far away at all:
Thankfully, reinforcements are on the way, with Diogo Jota and Naby Keita close to returning to full training.

Liverpool need every player they can possibly have available at the moment, with the squad looking jaded and lacking in confidence.
A lack of guile and goal threat have too often been evident of late, which is something both Keita and Jota can provide.
The latter has been a particularly huge loss for Klopp, having scored nine goals in his first 17 Liverpool appearances.
The front-three are looking flat and out of form, especially Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, with fresh legs needed in the second half of the season.
