Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Chelsea scheduled for March 20th is set to change dates, according to YorkshireLive.
The Blues booked their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Thursday night, winning 1-0 away to Barnsley.
The next round takes place on the weekend of March 20th/21st, meaning Liverpool will no longer be able to face the west Londoners on the planned date.
The situation could become even more confusing if Chelsea get past Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, however – or if Liverpool beat RB Leipzig – due to even fewer midweeks being available to fit in the league meeting.

This season was always going to be unprecedented when it came to squeezing lots of matches into tight periods and March has the potential to be particularly manic for Liverpool.
Squads are now really going to be tested, both in terms of injuries and fatigue, highlighting how vital it is that the Reds get some key men back as soon as possible.
While Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip are all out for the rest of the campaign, seeing the likes of Naby Keita and Diogo Jota back in the fold soon will be a huge boost.
