Liverpool are keen on signing Udinese star Rodrigo De Paul this summer, according to Tutto Udinese [via Sport Witness].
The 26-year-old is believed to be attracting interest from the Reds, with the Premier League champions seeing him as someone who could come in aid Jurgen Klopp’s plans to ‘revolutionise’ his midfield.
Udinese want at least €40million for De Paul’s services, but Liverpool are thought to be ‘willing’ to sign him.
The Argentine has started 21 of his side’s 22 Serie A games this season, proving to be a key man.

With Gini Wijnaldum potentially leaving at the end of the season, midfield reinforcements could certainly be required at Liverpool.
Not only could the Dutchman move on, but James Milner is now 35 and Jordan Henderson turns 31 in the summer, so Klopp cannot afford things to stagnate in the middle of the park.
De Paul would bring great energy and quality to the Reds’ team, with the Argentina international scoring five goals and registering one assist in the league this season, as well as averaging 1.0 tackles per game.
Whether or not he could be promised regular playing time is up for debate, however, considering the likes of Henderson, Milner, Fabinho, Thiago, Naby Keita and Curtis Jones are all vying for minutes.
