Alisson and Curtis Jones have shared a touching Twitter exchange, following Liverpool’s victory over Sheffield United.
The Reds won 2-0 at Bramall Lane on Sunday evening, picking up a much-needed three points in the Premier League.
Jones opened the scoring for Liverpool and shone in general, before dedicating the victory to Alisson’s late father, Jose, who passed away last week.
The 20-year-old also took to Twitter to send a message to his mourning teammate, letting him know that he was thinking about him.

Liverpool’s players will have been desperate to give Alisson something to cheer up, following the heartbreak he has experienced, and they duly delivered.
