Liverpool striker Divock Origi is reportedly seeking a late move away from Anfield before the deadline passes.
The 26-year-old is believed to be seeking enhanced playing time having been absent from the last two matchday squads.
Despite seemingly being out of favour on Merseyside, the club have persisted with their high valuation of the Belgian, making a move all the more difficult.
However, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri via a report from LFC Transfer Room, Origi has made a case to depart in the final hours of the summer window.

Tavolieri added that the forward was ‘not forcing’ a move and would remain ‘respectful’ should a deal fail to materialise.
Last season Origi only scored once in 17 appearances across all competitions for Jurgen Klopp’s side and has made another quiet start to the new campaign.

Valued at £10.8million and in the final 12 months of a contract at Anfield (Transfermarkt), a move would surely be the best possible outcome for all parties.
Whether the club can sufficiently lower their demands to further attract mooted Premier League and Bundesliga suitors to make a definitive offer for the 29-cap man is another matter.
Should Origi move on in the final hours, it would be hoped Liverpool had an immediate replacement lined up – possibly making for an exciting conclusion to a previously quiet month.
