Now, club director Dariusz Adamczuk has told Radio Szczencin the Ekstraklasa side will demand a certain fee for their prized asset.
Negotiations are not finished yet. But (his transfer fee) will certainly be more than two times higher than for Adam Buksa or Sebastian Walukiewicz.
Buksa made the switch from Szczecin to New England Revolution for £3.78million in 2020 whilst Walukiewicz joined Serie A club Cagliari for a similar fee.
So far this season Kozlowski has scored three times and provided four assists in 19 appearances across all competitions.

Valued at £7.2million and under contract in Poland until 2023 (Transfermarkt), paying in excess of the mooted figures would still represent smart value for money.
Already capped on six occasions at the senior international level by Poland, Kozlowski is a player full of potential to reach an extraordinarily high level.
Dubbed the ‘Polish Pogba’ in the past, Liverpool should be looking to snap up the talented teen as soon as possible.
