The past two months have left question marks over Liverpool’s chances of Champions League qualification but after a variety of results going our way, as well as some important away victories against the likes of Stoke, West Brom, Watford and the weekend’s 4-0 thrashing against West Ham, a top four finish has been left in our hands with one game left to play
I dare say it, but it’s looking likely. This would give us the best chance possible to attract top players to Anfield as we look bolster our squad.
All of these areas should be priorities, and I expect Klopp to go into the transfer window with these same positions in mind. With a large transfer kitty and what will hopefully be Champions League football, there is no reason why we can’t get our top targets, and some world class footballers at Anfield next season.
